It is said that your choice actually says more about you than you might realise when it comes to picking the colour of your car! Some people believe that the colour of your car represents the type of personality you have. Recent studies have shown that Black was the most popular colour for new car buyers in the UK in 2017.

We weren’t surprised as every car looks good in the colour black. The fastest growing colour of 2017 was actually gold, with demand up 19.1%, although it remained a rear choice with just 0.2% of the market.

The colour pink was surprising as there were over 3k vehicles bought last year, up 83% on 2015. We know that the colour white was a huge demand back in 2016 making it the most popular that year but has now dipped to third place with 19% of sales, with grey in second. The colour black is now the favoured colour of 1 in 5 new car buyers.
